GET IT, GIRL >>>
Ladies, tell us if this sounds like you: What should I take on my first backpacking trip? How do I stay safe outdoors, especially if I’m by myself? And most importantly of all… How do I pee in the woods? We’ve got you covered. Join our awesome slate of all-female instructors for one of our most popular classes as we answer these questions and much, much more.
Here’s what you’ll learn in this 1-day class:
- How to build a fire when it matters
- Fast and easy shelters for bad weather
- How to find clean water and make it safe to drink
- How to pack for different situations, and the essentials you absolutely need
- Tips on how to not get lost in the woods
- A discussion on self-defense, and how to stay safe
- What food to bring, and how much you need to stay fueled
- All about hygiene – and yes, how to pee in the woods.
The woods are for everyone – especially you. Get empowered with the knowledge you need to venture forth with confidence.
No prior experience is required for this class, but we recommend bringing a daypack with some basic necessities (see our FAQs for what we suggest) and comfortable shoes for hiking.
