CPR/AED FOR WILDERNESS APPLICATIONS

FEBRUARY 2ND, 2025

BE PREPARED WHEN IT COUNTS >>>

Training standards in the medical community come and go, and best practices change over time. But there’s one thing that’s universally agreed upon: Immediate, high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation saves lives. CPR is a skill that should be as common as knowing how to drive – everyone needs to be well-versed in it. That’s even more true when it comes to outdoor enthusiasts who may be far from definitive care. Whether it’s your first time learning CPR or you’re refreshing your skills, you need this training.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to deliver consistent, high-quality chest compressions and rescue breaths
  • How to use a variety of airway aids such as pocket masks and bag-valve masks (BVMs)
  • Safe and effective Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use
  • How to provide first aid for choking in adults, children, and infants
  • Fast patient assessment and how to check for responsiveness
  • CPR and AED use for adults, children, and infants
  • Actions and strategies for providing CPR in wilderness settings
  • Legal and ethical aspects of providing CPR

And here’s what else you’ll get:

  • A nationally recognized CPR/AED certification valid for two years
  • Hands-on practice under the supervision of medical professionals with real world experience
  • Unlimited instructor support via email after class

Cost: $50
